She is survived by siblings, Keith Bell, Barbara (Joe) Holmes, in-laws Victor Bell, Dorothy Bell, Andy DeGelan, her children Merrilyn, Kerry (Paulette), Bart (Carol), Sue (Grant), and Pamela (Cameron) and her 10 grandchildren. She was also pre-deceased by her son Vincent, her parents Frank and Lily Bell, siblings Bunnie (Eddie) Marshall, Bob (Flora) Bell, Irene Bell (Jack Gunter), Alvin Bell, Verna (Murray) McRorie, Verla (Ellis) Bird, and Ruth DeGalan (Ron Hayter), and sister-in-law Jackie Bell. Jessie enjoyed her relationships with Victor's four children Virginia, Gretchen, Nancy, and Paul. They had three daughters Susan, Summer, and Victoria. They had two daughters, Jeralyn and Jean. After graduation from Meeteetse High School in 1946 she attended the University of Wyoming. She remembered, with fondness, her youth spent on the Woodriver and later at the Bennion Ranch on the Upper Graybull River. Jessie's early life was spent playing and working with her extended family and neighbors. She had an older brother, Clifton and younger brother Rex. Jessie was born to Lewis Clifton and Alma Evelyn Creager Bennion at their Wood River homestead near Meeteetse. We know she is rejoicing in the wonderful reunion with her loved ones who preceded her.
